Due to the volume of inquiries, Sherpalo is unable to individually acknowledge every email and inquiry, but we do diligently read and review all submissions and will promptly reach you if we are interested in learning more and meeting the team. However, we are a small team that can only focus on a select few investments.

Submissions should include the following:

Mission or purpose of the company (preferably in one sentence);
Define the problem set and how your company will offer a solution;
Market size in your chosen market segment (with data sources);
Competition (both existing competitors and expected);
State of product development (incl. technology, architecture, stage of development, plan for beta deployment and testing, etc.);
If product is shipping or website is deployed then data on validation by users or customers must be included;
Business model (described clearly if one exists, if no model yet exists then state it as such);
Team (founders' background and work experience, advisors, investors and any other relevant info);
Financials (P&L, cash flow, use of funds, and expected amount to be raised).
